Therapy with a psychologist is more than just talking

The psychologist uses psychological principles (persuasion, explanation, suggestion and behavior modification, etc.) to alleviate or eliminate the visitor’s psychological discomfort symptoms and to achieve personality growth and maturity in order to achieve the purpose of treatment. It can also be said that through the psychologist’s words, expressions, postures, attitudes and behaviors, he or she influences the visitor’s perceptions, emotions and behaviors to eliminate or alleviate the visitor’s psychological problems and promote the development of his or her personality in a healthy and harmonious direction. However, psychologists do more than just talk in therapy; there are many visitors who need emotional adjustment and executive behaviors to accomplish this. So what forms of non-talking forms of counseling and treatment are there?
