General surgery, vascular surgery and orthopaedics are usually the main departments. If there is no obvious reason for the calf pain and the frequency and duration of the attacks are variable, or if you are already a patient with lumbar disc herniation or if the numbness and pain in the lower limbs is radioactive, then you can register with orthopaedics. If you are a standing person, such as a teacher or waiter, you are more likely to have varicose veins and can refer to general surgery.
