Depression – how to self-diagnose?

  Dr. David D. Burns of the University of Pennsylvania, an American psychotherapist, has developed a self-diagnosis chart for depression called the Burns Depression Checklist (BDC), which can help you quickly diagnose whether you are depressed and save you a lot of money on diagnosis.
