In other words, a truly healthy person should not only be physically free from disease, but also have mental health. Human mental activity is very complex, is a comprehensive manifestation of human cognition, emotion, will and personality psychological characteristics. The specific performance of mental health is as follows: 1. Normal intelligence. That is, the person’s observation, attention, memory, thinking, imagination, operation and other abilities are normal. Mentally unhealthy people, always wandering away from the crowd, and the people around them do not fit in. 8, have a good quality of will.
