Liposarcoma can only be diagnosed by surgical excision and pathological examination. Liposarcoma is a relatively rare malignant tumor of the body surface and can be easily confused with lipoma. Liposarcoma is the most common benign tumor on the body surface, and although there is only a word difference between the two, they are completely different in nature. In terms of clinical symptoms alone, liposarcoma can appear as a painless lump on the skin of the body surface and is relatively soft and mobile. Liposarcoma, on the other hand, is relatively hard, has poorly defined borders, and is not very mobile. However, the only way to confirm the diagnosis of liposarcoma is to perform a complete surgical excision and pathological biopsy, i.e., pathology, to see the liposarcoma cells. As a malignant tumor, liposarcoma is prone to recurrence and metastasis and has a poor prognosis.
