How long does menopause last?

The duration of menopause ends after 1-2 years in most cases, and may end in 4-5 years in longer cases. Menopause is usually divided into 3 segments: pre-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause, collectively known as menopause. During this time, you may experience hot flashes, sweating, insomnia, moodiness, and a gradual decline in hormone levels. The timing of menopause varies from person to person, and usually occurs 1-2 years after menopause in some people, or 4-5 years earlier, depending on the timing of menopause. If it appears early it may be at the age of 48-49, late it may be at the age of 52-53, and menopause usually occurs around the age of 50, with a few people appearing 4-5 years earlier. Menopause is a special time period that requires prompt medical attention for symptomatic management, adjustment of the function of the vegetative nerves, or the use of hormone replacement to relieve symptoms.
