Motor neuron disease is a disease that is very frightening to patients and families, and a headache for most neurologists, as the poor prognosis and lack of effective medication makes it very embarrassing and helpless for both physicians and patients. In fact, early detection and diagnosis of motor neuron disease and continuous treatment can improve the disease and its prognosis! With the cooperation and informed consent of three patients, the longest continuous treatment period of 6 months and the shortest of 17 days of efficacy observation, the patient’s muscle atrophy and weakness were significantly improved and almost close to cured. The specific method and efficacy evaluation are currently awaiting the publication of the relevant papers before publication.
