How much heart rate when the fastest fat burning

Generally, body fat burning is fastest at 75% of the maximum heart rate. The maximum heart rate is age-related, and the formula for calculating the maximum heart rate tolerated by a patient in clinical practice is 200-0.5 x age. For example, in a 30-year-old patient, the maximum heart rate tolerated is 185 beats per minute, and the fastest fat burning rate in the body is at 75% of the maximum heart rate, that is, at approximately 138 beats per minute, the patient has the fastest fat burning rate, which is the target heart rate. However, the exercise process varies from person to person. Some patients with poor heart function may experience panic, palpitations, chest tightness and other discomforts when reaching the optimal fat burning heart rate, at which time the exercise intensity should be reduced and a little rest should be taken, and fat burning should not be pursued purely. In daily life, to improve the efficiency of fat burning in the patient’s body, running, playing ball and swimming can be performed, but the heart rate should be controlled within the ideal range and adjusted in time when discomfort occurs. If available, you can do a cardiopulmonary assessment before starting this exercise to avoid accidents during exercise.
