Menopause is a transitional period when a woman’s ovarian function gradually declines from a state of vigor to complete disappearance, including the period before and after menopause. During menopause, women can experience a range of physical and psychological changes. Most women are able to go through menopause smoothly, but there are a few women who are plagued by a series of symptoms that affect their physical and mental health due to the large physical and psychological changes that occur during menopause.
