Where is the painful point of plantar fasciitis

The painful points of plantar fasciitis are commonly as follows: first, in front of the heel bone, which patients can simply understand as the part of the foot that is most backward and close to the heel bone. The probability of pain in this area is very high. The mechanism of pain is mainly due to the presence of osteophytes of the heel bone, or what people call bone spurs. The bone spur here stimulates the relevant nerve and the tendon membrane of the plantar area, which will cause pain here. Second, the site is on the medial side of the arch. Patients can simply understand this as the highest part of the medial arch of the foot. The mechanism of pain in this area is mainly due to the long-term strain on the tendon membrane of the plantar area, which then causes pain here. Third, the site is in the upper part of the heel bone. The cause of pain in this area is mainly due to plantar tenosynovitis complicated by heel hypertension or a series of aseptic inflammation around the talus, which leads to pain in this area.
