How to maintain a good state of mind

  We tell ourselves every day to maintain a good state of mind, but how many can really do it?  We can learn to do this: First of all, to maintain a good state of mind should learn to be confident: self-confidence is a prerequisite for success, but also the secret of happiness. Only with self-confidence can remain optimistic in the face of difficulties and setbacks, so as to find ways to overcome difficulties and setbacks. “Confidence in life two hundred years, will be hitting the water three thousand miles.” Perhaps someone said, I do not want to be confident? A person with ambitious goals, the right outlook on life, broad-minded, persistent and enterprising, challenging themselves, unyielding fate, firmly believe in themselves, positive thinking, then, he will be able to maintain a good state of mind and have a good life.  There are many people in the world, in times of discontent, in times of emotional frustration, want to look beyond the red world, or even disappear into the empty door. Those who are monks and nuns also shave their heads and hair, claiming to have cut off all their troubles. No hair is no more worries? If you become a monk, you’re done with the world? How can the world be so simple?  From birth to death, people have to go through many trials and tribulations, physical, economic, career, emotional, and will experience many successes, which will also be manifested in all aspects. Faced with these ups and downs, and sometimes even great joy and sorrow, a good state of mind is very important. To see through, to see open, to take, to put down the mind, of course, is the highest state. But how many people can do it?  It is not easy to keep a normal mind and a good attitude when things go wrong.  Tell a story: there is a student, all day honestly complain, always feel bad. His master saw it in his eyes, so he asked his disciple to bring a cup of water and a packet of salt. He asked the apprentice to put the salt in the water and said, “Take a sip and tell me what it tastes like.” The apprentice did as he was told and took a sip: “Yah!
