Second, touching and pressing the heel and the middle of the plantar area in front of the foot has obvious pressure pain, and the local fascia is tense and hardened. From the appearance, there can be mild swelling on the bottom of the foot, but the skin is not red or hot. Third, the radiographic examination shows no abnormalities in the bones of the foot, older people can have heel bone spurs, and for those who have been ill for a long time or have heavy inflammation, plantar ultrasound or MRI can show hyperplasia, hypertrophy, edema and inflammation of the plantar fascia.
