Patients with fasciitis can take oral vitamin E for 3-4 months to help prevent recurrence. Fasciitis may manifest as fixed painful areas on the attachment points of tendons and muscle bellies, and when pressure is applied to the painful areas, there may be scattered pain that does not follow the distribution of nerve root sensation. Treatment of myofasciitis can be divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Conservative treatment includes oral administration of drugs such as ibuprofen and diclofenac, as well as hot compresses, massage, and appropriate exercises to exercise the muscles, such as running and swimming, but avoid exercise during acute attacks of pain. For patients with stubborn and long-lasting symptoms, surgical treatment is needed to remove nodules and dermal nerves and repair fascia with good results.
