How long is the typical platform period?

The weight loss plateau period is affected by a variety of factors, generally 7-100 days, and cannot be generalized. The weight loss plateau period is a period that obese patients must go through in the process of weight loss, during which reducing the amount of food or increasing the amount of exercise can not reduce weight. Most people who fail to lose weight do so because they are unable to persevere during this period, leading to eventual failure. The length of the plateau period varies from person to person, from 7 days for short periods to about 3 months for long periods, depending on the patient’s age, body composition, diet and exercise regimen. If you want to continue to lose weight, you need to adjust your diet and add some exercise to break through the weight loss plateau, but you must persist and not give up halfway.
