Can plantar fasciitis heal on its own?

Plantar fasciitis is a disease caused by chronic injury. Generally speaking, for mild plantar fasciitis, proper rest and hot water foot scalding may lead to a self-healing process after a certain period of time, but for more severe plantar fasciitis, treatment is needed to achieve relief, such as physical therapy, such as ultrashort wave electrotherapy, and oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as celecoxib and loxoprofen. Local painful spot closure treatment, such as lidocaine combined with hydrocortisone and topical creams, can provide better relief.
