Liposarcoma is a malignant tumor, and it is a relatively common soft tissue malignancy. It usually occurs in the abdominal cavity and thigh area, and has a higher incidence in patients aged 40. Liposarcoma is divided into highly differentiated and poorly differentiated, usually highly differentiated liposarcoma is not easy to metastasize, grows very large and does not rupture. However, hypofractionated liposarcoma is more malignant and metastasizes more quickly. Basically, when hypofractionated liposarcoma is found, the patient may have completed malignant metastasis and be in advanced disease. Because liposarcoma is very insensitive to both radiotherapy and chemotherapy, when the pathology results show that it is a liposarcoma and is detected early, immediate surgery is required to completely remove the liposarcoma.
