What are the precautions for semen examination?

Semen testing is the most common and easiest way to determine male fertility, but the test is susceptible to many factors, so men should pay attention to the following points when doing semen testing: 1. 3 to 7 days after not having intercourse; that is, after having a semen discharge (whether after intercourse or masturbation), semen testing can be performed within 3 to 7 days for more reliable results. 2. Please understand that it is best to take out semen before 10:30 pm, because there are few testing physicians, so it is not possible to perform semen examination all day. 3. Please avoid catching a cold or staying up late. If you have these conditions, please postpone the test as it may affect the accuracy of the semen results.
