Men can’t seem to decide when ejaculation should occur, and at least 1/3 of men have this type of problem, especially younger men. Premature ejaculation tends to moderate with age, but there are many people who have it for life. So, even men over 50 can still feel this problem. Here are the actual exercises and things to keep in mind: Any man who wants to improve his ejaculation control should do willpower exercises and two masturbation exercises. If you don’t think you have to do the masturbation exercises, it’s not a bad idea to do only one of them at a time to make sure you can deal with it easily and comfortably. If you don’t want to masturbate, you can skip over not doing it and start with the first partner exercise. After the willpower and masturbation exercises, there are exercises to do with a partner, and an elaboration of what to do again without a regular partner. What to focus your attention on You need to be aware of your level of sexual arousal/tension when your penis is being stroked. For most men, this means focusing on the penis or scrotum, where they can feel swelling, fluttering, or other feelings of sexual arousal/tension. I guarantee that you will be disturbed by a variety of things: fear of premature ejaculation, fear of disappointing your partner, fear of not achieving your goal, doubts about whether your partner really wants to do the exercise, etc. When to stop doing the exercise Many questions relate to when to stop stimulating during the exercise. As long as you are still in the control zone, any time is fine – that is, any time after the stimulation has begun and you feel aroused. But you don’t want to play with fire and try to wait until you get close to the inevitable point before you stop. If you do this often, you’ll find yourself ejaculating early. So stop early. How long do I need to stop? How long you need to stop is a matter of experimentation and finding the right time. The break should be long enough for sexual arousal/tension to subside to a perceptible level, but not so long as to produce burnout and loss of erection. Try between 10 seconds and 1 1/2 minutes to see what works best at that time. If you have to abort again within 1 to 2 minutes of resuming stimulation, then a longer abort time is needed. Develop the willpower to control ejaculation A: Whenever you realize that you are blaming yourself for ejaculating too quickly, or when an image of the same meaning arises, resist and change it. For example, “Yes, I always ejaculate too quickly. But I’m about to make this plan and make a change. I’ll get it under control.” When you imagine yourself ejaculating too quickly, say, “That’s the past,” and then imagine yourself having sustained intercourse and say, “That’s the future.” B: It’s an image, more like a movie, and you should spend 30 to 90 seconds a day imagining it; it’s better to do it several times a day. Imagine yourself having intercourse for a long time and having good ejaculation control; this imagery has several parts. Imagine entering your partner, feeling relaxed and comfortable, and remaining still inside her for a second or two. No movement, just enjoying the pleasurable feeling of being inside her. Then imagine moving slowly, not straining, and still experiencing the pleasurable sensation of being inside her. Then gradually increase the frequency of your thrusts. Then slow down again. Then gradually increase the frequency again until you are moving with pleasure, still feeling calm and relaxed. Now imagine that the movements slow down and stop all movement. Stop thrusting and experience only pleasure. Then gradually increase the speed of the movements, slowly building up energy until you are moving with pleasure, letting your body do what it wants. Imagine perfect ejaculation when you want it, and only when you want it. At the end of your animated imagination, be sure to say to yourself: “This is in my mind and will be in reality” or “This is how it will be later”.
